Purchase and distribution of Tree planting materials to our Tree projects Prison stations has been done during the week ending.
In the picture above👆was captured during Tree seeds packing activity at Forestry Research Institute of Malawi (FRIM) in Zomba.
This week we have just started today,,soil collection, filling of polythene tubes, will commence in almost all the stations and immediately seed sowing activity will be taking place in there.

This year, our nurseries will be in the following stations.
1- Mwanza
2-Makande
3-Mikuyu 1
4-Mikuyu2
5-Byianzi
6- Kasungu
7-Rumphi
These stations were chosen based on a number of factors that includes, Availability of permanent water supply for watering the nursery, Availability of Agricultural Field officers who will enhance the proper management of Tree nurseries
